No idea who these people are. I have called all day long, first the number is busy, then it won't even connect, then I get music and am on hold for over an hour then it disconnects. I finally got a human and as he is looking up my information we get disconnected. I am on hold again. I am heading to my bank next to dispute these charges - which I don't even know what they are for.

- after spending 5 hours trying to get a hold of this company I finally spoke to an agent. She explained because I applied for a loan I was charged an application fee of $30. After arguing and being put on hold repeatedly for half an hour she finally agreed to refund my money. I should see it in my account in 3 - 7 business days. We shall see.

They hit the charity i fiunded and this charity Has got some pull with the base of its entityand I'm going to get a signed petition going if i can get enough support in this ? And appraoch all resourses to get a stop to this and to give the petion to the Attorney General. I had to shut my charity down to stop this because they would not stop drafting. I'm fighting this and need your support! I got connections and we're going to take this down!
