On 7th Nov 2011 I ordered the trial samples of RevitaDerm and Perfect Radiance, nothing has arrived as yet and I notice on 22/11/2011 they have stolen $76.29 from my credit card account. I sent emails to both names demanding my money back and telling them to cancel my trial samples and anything else they have supposedly sent me... Even under their own terms & conditions they cannot take money when the samples haven't even arrived

  • I have the same problem, I have not received the free trials and I checked my account today and £170 came out this is Stirling not $.. I left emails also tried to call but nothing, I can't even get through to them..This is one expensive mistake.

  • Do not give up... after I sent 3 emails demanding cancellation of the order and a refund of my money i have just received an email from them confirming the refund!!!! Keep harrassing them and they will refund your money, probably to make you go away but it is a win nonetheless

  • Good news, I received an email ater three email's to them regarding the theft of monies out of my account and no items in return..

    Please note that you will still be receiving any product that we have already shipped out (on November 8th), but you will not incur future charges. You will be receiving an automatic cancellation confirmation e-mail from our system within the next 12-24 hours.

    Concerning your request of a refund, we regret to inform you that our banking no longer has the capabilities to refund by checks. Please let us know if you intend to reactivate your bank account so we can go ahead and reimburse you for the products you have not received. We sincerely apologize, but there is nothing we can do on our end.

  • Hi there

    I stupidly signed up for this about 1 hour ago and then as soon as i pressed the button i knew it was a scam.
    I called them up straight away and told them I wanted to cancel as in the contract you can cancel this trail within 12 days!
    They said my account takes 24 hours to go threw so hopefully tomorrow i can get this cancelled. I have also sent 3 emails to cancel.
    Can I ask has the money stopped coming out of the account.
    I am shaking with fear at this.

  • Hi Kimberely, hopefully they do cancel it, you will get a automated email saying they will respond within 24 hours... But to be safe cancel your card if it's a debit, I did but they couldn't pay the £160 back because I done this even though I gave them another card number.. They said they can only pay it back on the card i used..If its a credit card and you cancelled in time I'm sure it will be fine, but make sure you get a email back or you have to keep emailing them.   • Yes I did.. And I got a shock when the money came out, even though I never received the goods. I cancelled my card and the same day they took it out... Wait for the trial money to come out and cancel ASAP to avoid them taking anything else out.
    I didn't think they would :-/ exspensive mistake...

    Why did they charge you that money when you cancelled within the 12days? Surely the most you pay was 74.95.

    Also how come they could not refund you?

  • I bought bought the two that were advertised :( if you get a email confirming that they have cancelled it, you should be ok but if they haven't replied stating the cancelation u should email again or cancel your debit card :) keep me updated :) regards Terasa

    Good news. All cancelled from them. I called them and they cancelled by email and by phone.
    They assured me the ONLY money to leave my account would be the postage I paid because i had cancelled straight away.
    So i canacelled my debit card and the bank told me no way can they get ANY money of me.
    I sent them an email confirming EVERYTHING along with all the stuppid reference numbers they gave me...
    So fingers crossed that is the end of it.
    I also told them IF they take any money out of my account that it would be fraud and stealing and i would report them to the Fraud department and trading standards.
    Than You SOOO much for your help and please let this be a lesson to us all. NEVER AGAIN!

  • Hi Kimberely :) you have done the right thing cancelling your debit card, I think that will be the end of it now... They can't take money out as you cancelled the card. You gave them. And at least they have emailed you straight away.
    I wish I read this scam book before I got robbed :-/

  • Hi Nicki, you can cancel your debit card and get a new one, that will stop them taking anymore monies out. The email address is [email protected] you will get a automated reply, if they haven't responded within 24 hrs email again. Mention Scambook and Solicitors, copy and paste the link from scambook on the email.

    Yes go into your back and cancel the card you have used first. Tell them what has happened and they will tell you what to do at the bank. The banks already know about this scam as a lot of people have of course been roped into it. My bank were very helpful and they said any money that was taken from my account they would try and get back.
    I actually got threw to one of the representatives on the phone number who was actually quite nice and helpful. She cancelled my account but i was within the 12 days of cancellation. If you do get in touch write EVERYTHING down PLUS cancellation number. Then send them this on email. Print and keep EVERYTHING as evidence.
    Before I finally got threw to someone on the phone i constantly sent them email after email asking to cancel my account. I also wrote EVERYTHING down what was agreed on the phone and refereed also to the terms and conditions. Here is what i sent:

    This email is my formal letter of cancellation for the following item:
    REF #!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PERFECT RADIANCE SERUM.

    I have spoke in length to one of your representatives who assured that:

    1. No money will leave my account as this is a FREE trail and I have cancelled within the 12 day period as of your Terms and Conditions..
    2. The account has been CLOSED.
    3. The ONLY amount to be taken out of the account is 2.95 POSTAGE COSTS.
    4. The cancellation code is as follows !!!
    5. I also sent a request by email to cancel in which you ALSO gave me this cancellation code too:
    ACCOUNT !!!!!!!!!!
    5. I will have this confirmed on email by your company.

    If i receive anything in the post free or not I will be sending this straight back to you (ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR) in exactly how it has arrived therefore i am entitled to a REFUND.
    If any money is taken from my card i will be informing the fraud investigations with my bank (who HAVE been informed) and also the fraud department. I will be passing your details onto them straight away. I do not give you authorization to deduct from my card for any of the above product or for anything else for that mater! I will also pass this matter on to Trading Standards.
    I trust this is the end of it.

    Hope this helps. I never had anything taken out of my account. I cancelled my card and i did receive the free trail which i sent back recorded delivery along with all the emails i send and cancellation numbers.
