In Greater Houston, TX, Big Mac meal is now advertised at $4.99 plus tax. However, in store 2080 (1303 Gessner, Houston TX 77055-4004; phone 713-461-9224) they are charging $5.09 plus tax. The worst part is that one of the managers, Mrs. Ruby, instead of giving a proper answer and handling to this issue, is assuming a bad attitude towards customers by saying 'that is the price set in the system, I cannot do anything else with it'. I felt she was meaning 'it is the price, take it or leave it'. ¿Is this an acceptable answer and behavior from a manager? ¿What is the advertising investment for if stores like this are not following the guidelines? ¿How many dollars is this store (and probably the whole company) taking from customers because announced and actual prices are not equal?

Customers do not have why to pay because of someone else's mistakes.

I don't visit McDonald's very often, and after this I will probably no longer do it. In addition, I already have told all of my friends and relatives through a social network, to avoid this happens again.
