i purchasd 2 pairs uggboots from this company on conditions that uggs wer authentice and i beleived them to be.a got a letter from customs informing me that uggs was found to be fake and that they would be destroyed and told me it was my right for my money to be refunded to me.i payd /useing visamasterpay@sitecom. it was surposed to be safe site telling me.if in my case with customs that seller was to refund or any othere disputes.but iav sent 6 emails to visamasterpay@sitecom./and 7emails to [email protected] no reply just nothing i allso email company 5 times i got reply saying would i agree to half my money .i told them no i need full amount .but never had any reply.could you please help me i av been coned
