I received a letter telling me I had won $2,000,000.00 in their sweepstakes and enclosed with the letter was a check from UHI Claims Account in Phoenix, Az for the amount of $4,989.43. I was asked to call a Chris Ayala at 778-859-5987 to activate this "check" which was being offered to me by one of their sponsors to cover the insurance and administration fees. He wanted my phone number which I did not give him. He refused to explain to me what this was about without first giving him my phone number. Luckily I hung up so really have no damages, just wanted to report this scam.
