In August 2011 I called surplus to join their mystery shoppers. They told me I would have to pay a fee of $2.50 to sign up plus an $49.95. It did not sound right so I call right back and cancel. They gave me a number of cancellation and I thought that was the end of it. On September 16 they took $49.95 and on October 7 they took another $49.95 out of my account. I call them up and they told me that I was suppose to cancel with another company too, so icancelled with that company too. They could not give me any reason of why they took out the money. They said they would not refund me my money back even though I cancelled with both companies. They have commited a fraud and would like to recieve my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and he said the same thing, no refund, but tried to get me to sign back up but I declined the offer.
Thank You
