I purchased some ugg boots from uggmall.com.au for my girlfriends birthday on the 3rd of november through skrill (moneybookers), they said it would take 10 days delivery, after that long i emailed them asking why havnt they come yet, they emailed back saying they have run out of stock and would i like to purchase some different ones, i said i would just like a refund, they emailed back saying i would revieve a refund in 5 days....it has now been 19 days, emailed them quite a lot of times and i am not getting any reply's.
