applied for free sample on 5/11/2011 paid post and packing 6.93euro on 18/11/2011 £74.95deducted from my visa account i phoned company and insisted they return my money after twenty minutes arguing that i did not sign up for any programe she told me i did not read the terms and conditions i was susposed to ring up and cancel the monthly payments inside two weeks of recieving sample they agreed to refund the money after i threathened a solicters letter and the consumers assocationon them
