I applied for a loan on 11/15/11, They denied my application and then proceded to continually try to debit my checking account for a total of 7 times between 11/15 and 11/19. I have accrued $238.00 in NSF fees on my checking account. I'm 74 years old and receive Social Security. I never gave my permission to debit my account for anything. I see there is an action placed in Wisconsin in an Elder Abuse case.
