I ordered the Free Trail for $2.95 postage/handling. Then I received a phone call telling me about several other items that I would be receiving in the mail to veiw. If I did not want to continue I could cancel but keep the items sent. I never received anything in the mail. Then Thursday,November 17,2011 there was a charge to my account for $79.99. They told me it was for the Free Trail. This is crazy and I fell it very shameful that a company feels they have to treat people this way.
Update: 08/11/2013
I was told this issue was being resolved. What has happened since then? Please let me know.
