On November 1, 2011 I wrote an email to Albert Briggs inquiring about a Polaris Razor he had for sale on the internet. Albert emailed me back informing me that he did have the vehicle for sale and sent me pictures and the price with shipping included. I then told him that I would be interested in purchasing this item from him. Albert told me that we would be working through a third party agency named Trans Destination Company. He said he had to sale the vehicle because he has accepted a job in the UK and had to move. He said that I would send the money to this company and they would hold the money until I received and inspected the vehicle and accepted the transaction. At this point the money would be transferred to his account. I registered with Trans Destination Company using my (Personal Info Removed) email account. I then went to the bank and wire transferred the money to this account with what I thought was Trans Destinations Company. Albert then told me that it would take a couple days for the transfer to take place and when it did I would receive confirmation and shipment information. I did receive this information from Trans Destination. The tracking number that was given would not work with the Trans Destination web site. I emailed both Albert and the company with my concerns. They both emailed me assuring me that everything was ok and I would receive my shipment on Tuesday, November 15th. On Monday the 14th they emailed me saying there was a delay in shipping and I would receive it on Friday. I never received the shipment on Friday and I call the phone number Albert gave me. A man answered and said it was Albert. I told him that I had not received the shipment and I was unable to get the tracking to work for me. He told me that he would check with the company and get back to me. I then began to worry so I started to research some of the information on the company he was using and the banking information. I found a couple of people who have had the same situations happen to them and they have lost their money. They used very similar 3rd party shipping companies with the same location, UK. They found out that this company did not exist. I have since tried to contact both Albert and the company and cannot get any response. I have also done some searching and Albert has this vehicle for sale again and he is now saying it is in Florida. I have all these conversations and transactions in my email.
