i sold my old cell phone to a company online, and they were suppose to be sending me a check within 10 days, it has been a month, and still havent received anything, i email them almost everyday and at first they were returning emails. now they are not.

- Join the club! That's how they operate. They get you to send them your phone by advertising prices they can't pay and then they don't pay you and don't answer emails. I got the same treatment. Time for a class action suit.
