They took my credit card number and charged me $199 and told me that I can get a refund if I don't move into one of the houses they were renting. Now when I asked for a refund, they ask me to wait at least 90 days. When I spoke to my bank, they told me that they cannot dispute charges more than 90 days old. I find a lot of similar stories of people online and they were scammed too. I urge you to blacklist this company and unauthorize any charges made toward this company.

They pretend to be dealers for foreclosed homes and advertise subsidized rates for homes on craigslist. They say their rentals are subsidized according to the federal regulations for that particular area.
