i payed 2,000 0n may 7th 2011 to alarcon ass. to get a fixed rate...it has been 7 months and nothing has been done to this date.i have tryed contacting someone for the past 2 weeks and noone has returned my phone calls,i feel i have been scamed and the sad part is i borrowed the money and dont have it to pay back because of my high mtg payment..
