America Medical Systems hired me for a work at home data entry position. The company sent me a check for $2,400 and asked me to deposit it into my bank account. I asked my bank if, after the hold was off, I pulled the money out would I have to worry about the check bouncing or no funds being in the account. They told me I had nothing to worry about. Two days after removing the funds to send to the vendor for equipment to do the job, my account was negative $2,400. The bank told me that the check was returned but would not tell me why and said I was being held responsible.

- Hi! Thank you for adding your complaint here. Can you please tell me more details about what happened? Did you lose money in your bank account? How did that happen? Can you explain more on why the bank held you responsible?
