Signed up for a $1 trial to an adult site. Cancelled the next day then all these charges showed up. Have tried to contact their customer support line repeatedly but it seems that the company is going under and is not answering any calls. Had to cancel my card and file a complaint though my bank.

  • Explain:
    1. My inability to get through after being on hold for hours?
    2. Your listed number for U.S. based transactions is unallocated?
    3. Your website states that my credit card or email has not been used for any purchases even though my bank statement clearly shows withdrawals from cgbilling.com netcash.

  • We're sorry you have had these problems. There were some problems with the phone numbers listed on www.cgbilling.com over the weekend but they should all have been resolved now.

    We are the payment platform for Netcash, that is to say we process payments on behalf of Netcash as a third party. If you cannot find your transaction in our database, I recommend you contact Netcash directly on (866)638-2274 Available M-F 9:00AM - 7:00PM EST or via email [email protected]

  • Nov 25, My bank contacted CGBilling Netcash and they flat out denied a refund. What do I have to do to get my money back from these guys? CGBilling points the finger at Netcash and Netcash points it back. How convenient for Netcash that I don't know what sites were cross sold to me. As a result, I cannot terminate the subscriptions on their website. I was promised a refund, but have yet to see a single cent of my money returned to me. These guys are crooks.

  • It is absolutely absurd that I should have to cancel my bank card because of these assholes. They insist that I did not uncheck a box that cross sold me a subscription to two unrelated websites. Funny, because I never received a confirmation e-mail providing any information regarding these purchases. By the time I found out, CGBilling Netcash told my bank that I could not receive a refund because 'I waited too long' fucking bullshit..
