Bear BFS entices you into their sight by offering a $1 membership. The have their site set up so that as you proceed you move into another site (without knowing it) and you are charged a $39.95 membership (evidently, although I couldn't find it, the operator claims that there is small print somewhere upon membership that warns you that if you proceed you will be charged this $39.95) This is obviously a scam. If there is such a warning, it is very well hidden. Their phone number is 800 376 4333.
