Ordered the trial in mid September, never recieved anything. Forgot all about it till I got a mini statement from cash point on 15th November and the account seemed low they had taken two small payments on 03/10/11. a payment on 24/10/11, one on the27/10/11 and two payments on the 09/11/11 totaling £204.34 and I have recieved nothing. I got in touch with my bank, but because I had signed up for this trial it is not counted as fraud. I then contacted the visa dispute team and they have sent me forms to cancel any more payments, but it is unlikely I will get my money back. It's had me in tears and I feel so stupid. I feel something should be able to be done as they said in their terms and conditions they will take money every 30 days but they have taken it out earlier. I've sent emails but can't seem to get hold of anyone.
