International boundaries
2way traffic, under the pseudonym "Game On" or smsgameon.com illegally subscribed me to their service via my cell phone. They claim that we entered a pin online to subscribe. We never even opened the messages they sent, so we could not have followed the steps they claim were taken to subscribe. They will not process a refund. they charge $9.99 per month even if the service is not used and the "subscriber" has no idea that Game On has illegally subscribed them. Looking for the class action lawsuit to join, or will start one.
