Scammed 29.98 from my paypal for the free trial. I notified them within minutes of the deduction. They say I didn't cancel before the trial ended. (I could not sign in to cancel). Now they say it's too late.
What kind of people are these people @ Binverse. Is the business so bad that you have to scam money from people, you have to trick people into a free trial then scam them out of their hard worked money.
I didn't cancel in time is not an excuse to keep my money when I called you guys immediately of the misunderstanding.

  • I called you within minutes of the deduction from my paypal, to inform you of the error/misunderstanding. Its not too late to give back the money.
You tricked me into giving you my PayPal to use the trial, while behind my back and deceivingly set up auto pay from my account.
Don't be such a crooked company, and give the money back, I can't afford it right now with the holidays comming up.
