We went on this web site that state that they delivery dogs. My husband and I went to pay the money at westen union and, they said they bring the dog to our door step. then when it came down to getting the dog they ask for more money. Then the time which 3 times, first it was 7:20 then it turned into 10:00, then 11:30. we have found out that they have reasonly done this to other people.
