(The account L20181882-6) I was down with a condition with total memory loss. Dr. George F. Birks MD, Pueblo, Co. 81004 - phone 719-564-0450. (you have most of this already) They called and subscribed me for 5 or 6 junk magazines for five year for over $500 buck. I cancelled my credit card I must have given them and that left them calling about every day with my "no knowledge and no desire for any magazines - I have my WWII ones which I care for, that's enough. They may try other ways to get the $500 bucks which I refuse to give them and I need a way out of this.
