I ordered a blue leather phone case in July 2020.
It arrived a month later but was green and didn't fit my phone.
I emailed customer service to get a refund and they sent the same incorrect phone case again.
I posted the 2 incorrect cases back to them and again asked for a refund.
They sent the same phone case a 3rd time. I didn't open it I just sent it back.
I am still trying to get a refund. It's December.
I know it's not much money but it's the principle and the chances are they are doing this to other consumers.
