I received a loan from a different company I noticed that there were one to three cent debits made to my account. At first I didn’t think any thing of it. Then on November 16, 2011 I noticed a $30.00 debit pending on my account. I don't recall every speaking to anyone from this company and I certainly never gave them the authorization to take monies out of my account, which resulted in (as of 11/18/2011) 3 over draft fees in the amount of $34.00 each.

I contacted the company on 11/16/2011 and all the representative did was double talk me. They said the fee was for a loan processing fee yet they can not tell me what company the loan was processed with. They went on to say the fee will be used as payment towards the interest of my loan. How can the fee be used as payment towards to interest of my loan when i never applied for or received a loan with the help of their services. I told them that I NEVER authorized them to take money out of my account. I contacted the loan company and they told me they have NEVER heard of this company. IN FACT, the representative from the loan company flat out told me I had been scammed, my account has been compromised and I should close my account as quickly as possible. I tried contacting my bank to dispute the transactions but that was to no avail. According to "Regulation E" banks are not authorized to recover funds charged to an account by a pay day loan company... apparently no matter how fraudulent that company may be.
