When an elderly retired couple requests and assembly, they expect a professional, not a psychopath terrorist like the business owner Shukri Bisharat. He butchered our assembly job and did not return to fix them either even though he promised he would before starting.
We hired Mr. Shukre Bisharat aka shukri aka shokrie for a mutually contracted fixed-price assembly job .During the assembly he constantly mumbled to himself, cursing and using racial epithets while completely lost and unable to complete the job for hours. When told of the seat that was still not working, he rudely refused to look into it and walked off telling us "that is how its supposed to work"
Then when we contacted him next day to fix the botched up job that was unsafe and injurious for an orthopedic patient, he launched a cyberbully campaign of relentless rants of text messages, false excuses and racial epithets.
Based on our experiences, his attitude and attached texts in other posts , we felt cheated and threatened, and it doesn't matter if the disputed amount was even $1 - are you a man of your word, Mr. Bisharat when you confirmed a contract and promised to return to fix if needed?
It is our firm belief based on our experience that this business thrives on defrauding elderly folks who don't report their experience out of fear - especially timid asians.
