I am writing you regarding my order #20503 which has been placed on 4th of January at https://blxcksweden.com/ . Firstly, the website states the order is shipped within 4-5 working days . According to shipping tracking information my order was only shipped on 14th of January. Thus , it took 7 days for the order to be processed and shipped. I have received my Blxck Sweden BlackPods 2 on 28th of January. Secondly, the order came without any instructions. I as well could not find instructions list on their https://blxcksweden.com website. Thirdly, the headphones are impossible to use. They get disconnected and hold the Charge for maximum 1 hour (being initially charged 100%). It says on their website it holds up to 3 hours. Fourthly , they fail to charge in the charging case.
Overall, the product doesn’t match product description and fails to provide highest quality promise stated on their https://blxcksweden.com website. I have found many negative reviews of people who experienced same level Of the lowest quality customer service as well as products from https://blxcksweden.com/.
