3rd November 2019 - I ordered what I thought was one bottle CBD, but confirmation note had 6 bottles down. I tried very hard to remedy this situation but could find no way to change it back. There was no company name, and the telephone number given was not recognised!
Added to this was the fact the confirmation note said that there would be no extra charges, but failed to say that a customs charge would probably be charged.I decided not spend any more money to accept the parcel so let the time limit lapse for customs to send it back. I found the e-mail for Fulfillment Dept, i.e "info@ fulfillment.com" and sent e-mails on 30th Nov and 10th December explaining the facts - but have heard nothing at all!
I now wish to receive a full refund seeing that my correspondence has been completely ignored.
