Dear Sir / Lady,
We have ordered from Guangzhou Zhongshi Trade Co. Ltd., Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, postal code 510623, according to invoice number 20190702068 dated 012 July 2019, for the amount of $ 1900, a printer and accessories. The payment took place on 04 July 2019, from Sibiu, Romania, Raiffeisen Bank.

The Chinese company received the money through Huaxia Bank, Tianhe District, Guangzhou. Since then, we have received neither ordered goods, or money or a message, despite our repeated requests.
We believe that we were cheated, and our money was stolen.
We want to report our case to you with the request to help us recover our deprived money and to punish the perpetrators for the fraud according to your laws.
As an attachment, we will send copies of: 1.) Invoice, 2.) Transfer form / bank statement.
As far as we know,:
the dealer gave herself the name Hellen, has the e-mail address [email protected],
Tel No & Whatsapp: +86 130 0202 1690, speaks broken English.
The company has the registration number 91440101MA5AQT663M, legal representative: ZHENG KHUN and XU Yingkhun and the registration Authorities Guangzhou Haizhu District Admin.forIndustry & Commerce.
The company address is: Room 807, No. 158, Diejing Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.

The INCOTERMS delivery method according to the agreement is: free delivery, DAT Sibiu / Romania.

You should deliver us at your cost (DAT-INCOTERMS):
- a Garros 1801 eco printing machine,
-1 pc. Maintop software,
-10 pcs. plotter knife,
-3 sets x CMYK ink
-2 l cleaning solution.

Because until today you have not delivered the goods and do not respond to our letter at all, we ask you to deliver the above goods to us immediately and to inform us of the tracking number of the shipping company.
If this is not the case , you must, as of now, the amount v. 1900 US $ to pay us back to our account at your expense. Our bank details are known to you.

If this is not the case until 26 August 2019, we will report you to the following institutions for robbery and fraud:
- To The Chinese Police in Guangzhou / Yuexiu district;
-To Guangzhou Haizhu District Admin. For Industry and Commerce;
