contacted emily jackson. ([email protected]) she gave us the shipper info and they wanted more money for shipping emily said was her soninlaws shipper and she would pay them. Vpp insuranace 1-612-466-0913 (demanded payment of 1500. said truck had to go through customs where we cried FOUL no highway from where they say the bike is to here goes out of country. then we were told bike is still in california where it was at the beginning of their tale.Now they want an additional amount of money because vpp insurance says there was an accident on the delivery day. vpp insurance refused to give copy of accident information so that we could verify it was the bike we wanted is actually damaged before any payment would be considered. now vpp insurance and Emily Jackson say that they want to be paid their money so we need to cough up additional money.
