I have used roomster in the past and after PAYING was not able to log back into the account , they send an email saying that the account is on auto renewal but I cant get into the account via my EMAIL login , which is HOW it was set up... when I try to login it says I have to use FaceBook which is not how I signed up and I do not use FB for this. I have EMAILED them and CALLED and LEFT vm yet I get no reply and then I get charged and have to deal w/ my bank . I would not have used roomster again HOWEVER when you search google for roommate posting sites other sites with names not roomster come up but when you JOIN the site it links back to roomster. Its a SCAM . CONSUMER PROTECT complainst will now be filed ... BUYER BEWARE of roomster = SCAM . https://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc/bureaus-offices/bureau-consumer-protection
