Company retails outdated software application. Purchased, will not update from their website. Their product details stated it was compatible with latest version of Window 10, it isn't as it will not install. Company indicated I had no cause when I complained to them. The company's customer service is of no value. IOLO demonstrates a callous disregard for customers. I am out the purchse price paid and mailing costs to return. IOLO is anti-customer.
