Driver Support with Active Optimization is a scam. It pops up and looks like it is one of your computer programs. Once you click on it, you are unknowingly enrolled in a program which charges your credit card $9.99 a month. I didn't realize this, until they had billed me over a 6 month period. Once you accept their "Driver Support" program, you have no recourse to get your money back, as you automatically signed a waiver to opt out of a class action law suit. Your only alternative would be small claims court. Do your research, read all of the fine print, before you accept any offer of "free help" on the internet. This company is not legit, and is definitely a scam. I am out over $50 and though I asked for refund, I know that will not be happening. They also have my visa card number and computer information. NOT a good thing. Hope everyone reads this! RRJ
