I got a message on Instagram from the brand "Snake and Daggers apparel" three months ago. Brodie (owner of the brand) wrote that he wants me to be the ambassador of his brand on Instagram. I wrote "we can try" and got a promotional code on request. On December 12, I placed an order through the brand's online store. I received the confirmation of the order and the money also disappeared from the account. After two months of waiting and a few emails I got a message that the package came back from Poland because there was a problem with the address. A month ago, I sent a good address again. Brodie did not even read the message. No answer from his side. I write e-mails through the store's website, Instagram messages and add comments that are removed after a while. What should I do? I want to get my money back.
