Internet sales operation.. offering a trial of their teeth whitening product for $7.95 without full disclosure of monthly charges associated with the trial offer. Their customer service demonstrated tactics of denial and would not accommodate my inquiry and request for refunds. They "shouted me down" and refused to listen to my complaint. Their product also failed to meet their own claims for efficacy. Thus, one can conclude "fraudulent" sales tactics were part of their business model.
