yes they deposited 5 cents in my account on 11/08 and then took out a 1cent and 3cent and 1 cent and then 30.00 out of my account and overdrafted it and we did not authorize them to do that we did not sign up for anything and so we called the attourney general and he is going to check into it cause that is against the law. We looked the number up that took out of our account and they have done many many people that way, they are scamming people like crazy and should be prosecuted. We called yourloan101 to get our money back and they said they would not return it they said that when you look at the terms and conditions of what they charge that it automatically give them authorization to take out of our account and we did not give them authorization to take anything out and did not sign up for anything. I am going to turn it over to the better business bureau and have also give the information to the attorney general and will be prosecuting this company to retrive my funds and damages they have caused me to the full extent of the law. So everyone turn them in to your attorney general and the better business bureau so they are stopped and get an attorney because they see dollar signs when they see this many cases of people that have been violated!!!!!!!!!
