sent to me even though I had stated I did not wish to purchase any more of there products.
And they charged me £47.39 for the ,when I eventually got through to speak to someone I was told that they had taken from my bank account the above amount
I was told I could get a refund by returning the goods back to an american address,the package came from
the Netherlands,When I told the operator this she said that it was not there address
So I asked for the name of the company to send to in america.
I was told that the ref number given was required only
