I was emailed from this company (so I thought) to become a secret shopper for them. I have emails and mailed letters of instructions on what my assignment would entail. I was to deposit a check, after 24 hrs go to my local Walmart Store and complete two money gram transactions for over 900.00 a piece and told I was to see how the customer service rep went through the money gram process and had to report back immediately after the transactions were completed. During this 24 hr time, I called RBG to ask some questions. I didn't get a call back until next day, and than it was too late. I already completed my assignment. Now i'm having issues with the bank I deposited the check. I'm being treated horribly by the bank and they have taken money out of my daughter's account to go towards the deficit. All I wanted was to help my daughter out with college money and I'm the victim and can't even get an answer from anyone on what can be done with my situation. Frustrated from Pittsburgh.
