not sure yet if a scam but as other person has put in, i invested in april $5000 and did my first withdrawal request in late august, 6 weeks later still no withdrawal and getting the run around, was also in contact on facebook with Hamad Al-Essa, now can not message him , Thier cyprus office number is disconnected and the facebook group Prime management and recommendations also not appearing in my search, will update if any success but i doubt it now
