A young guy as he claimed he is 18 years old who is going to join a military as both his parents are in Navy showed up my door and told me all the story of how he wants to go travel to Italy before he goes to join army. He told me that it's only $5 per a book and talked me into sign. As it was dark and hard to see, he said it came out $330. I told him I don't have that much money in cash. He told me that he will go to the ATM with me and begged me to help him out.
At that time, we were spending 20 minutes talking about his life and I felt bad for him. So I gave him the money. But something told me that it wasn't right and I send the Notice of Cancelation (the receipts) on November 7th, 2011 which was within 3 days of the order to cancel. I haven't heard from them so I called the number on Rip Off report. The company told me that Dynasty went out of business last year but maybe can call SYN to see if they deal with them. So I called SYN and the lady on the phone told me that my cancelation forms are not in the system and suggested me to contact them via email. I haven't heard from them yet and if I don't, I am going to file a fraud to the police and will do anything to get my money back.
