Ordered a laptop and paid through the "Send Money To A Friend" option through PayPal so I could receive it overnight. I did not receive it overnight or at all to date. The chat persons always want to check with the "Vendor", have the Vendor send tracking number or send a refund. Surprise, that never happens. I sent a PayPal request for money that was canceled by Erick Ramos, PayPal ID, [email protected]. I have contacted PayPal and the NY Attorney General due to the address they are using.
This is a total scam web site, although it is one of the best and most confidence inspiring scam sites I've ever seen, it is still a scam. Erick Ramos is the name attached to PayPal. He is a thief.
