Sad to see that Jon Ainge is at it again with his property dealings. I bought a property through his company IPS back in 2012. There were problem after problem after completion.
1. Never received the cash back.
2. Never received reimbursement for expenses as part of the agreement.
3. When I agreed a lower amount for the above that was never paid either.
4. The valuation of the property was supposed to be 50,000 euros higher than I paid, but it turns the valuation was fake.
5. The rental guy sourced by IPS ripped me off, let my property without telling me and pocketing the money.
6. When I asked for the rental guarantee to kick in, I heard nothing from IPS in return
7. In the end, I could not pay out more money and gave the property back to the bank.
8. I was in the hole over £20,000 not counting the projected profit.

This individual should really be prevented from running a company.
