Signed up for a "free" CD for assistance in filing for a government grant . All I was suppose to pay for was $2.00 shipping fee. Now My debit card is charged $57.93 from Zbelly.com ! I was filing for a grant because I can not pay my bills, then I get scammed like this. These people need stopped and put in Jail!
