I went to renew my drivers license on what I thought was the dmv.pa site since that's what I typed in my browser. I was directed to this site that took my info as if I was renewing my application then I found out they are not affiliated with the dmv after my account was charged. 3.99 may be a small amount but can add up if they are misleading numerous people. This is outright fraud. They sent an email stating I requested information about how to renew and that was their "justification" for the charge.
