I ordered an electric bicycle and paid in full, they took an additional $30 on top with no justification. When asked about it they refused to answer.
It's been 6 weeks and although they are barely in touch, the item says delivered, but they will not provide me with a shipping number, contact info of the courier and will not respond about a refund.
I conclude this is a total scam and they should be reported.
