I paid a small initial fee for isUnlock to check my IMEI and verify that their advertised service could be performed. I received an email stating that they would be able to perform the service but that I would need to pay more money before they could do it. I paid the additional money and 24 hrs later Katya W., the "sales manager” sent an email stating that my iPhone was stolen and that they don’t work on stolen phones. This would mean that I would not be eligible for a refund.

That would be completely understandable, except for the fact that phone is not stolen! When the IMEI is run through the blacklist/stolen/lost database it shows that the IMEI is clean and that the phone is not stolen. I provided proof that the IMEI was clean, and asked Katya W. to provide documentation on her end that showed the phone was stolen. I have requested a refund, but have not had any additional correspondence with isUnlock. This website is a scam.
