segpay have been promising me a 69.95 eurio refund and promised to process it within 10 days of 7 march but by the 29th march it was not reflecting on my statement or at my bank.
segpay are a third party billing processor for a company called fantasyhd, whom i consider to be extremely unscrupulous and trick the user into clicking on paid content that subscribes them to an even higher level of paid content.

this process has been very distressing as the customer service staff have just said give it a few more days. even though it was past 10 business days. they have also said its not there problem

in case they want to really resolve my complain the details are as follows:
