Nexway locked up our computer so that it made a beeping sound and the screen said you must contact them to fix the problem. They wanted $699.95 for the fix plus a annual fee of $299.95 to keep the problem from happening again. We checked with an Mac specialist who told us this was a scam. We requested a refund and they sent our call from California to India where they tried to say we should just let the charge go thru on our Visa and then they would refund us. We disputed the charge and won. Thank you USAA!
