I opened my first account at 28.03.2017 with 200 Euro (212 USD). After first operation they didn't return the money of the first withdrawal (made 4 attempts of withdrawal and informed the account manager who confirmed the withdrawal of 200 euros but they always stopped during checking documents...but didn'send back anything (even this small money).
Scam-you don't receive your money!!!
