STEER CLEAR OF GLOBALUX LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES.

Globalux Ltd known as Globalux Solutions (Globalux Genesis and Torfaen Website Design) and their Directors; Samuel Richard Thomsitt and Amy Louise Milton.

Terrible service from the two directors, who are liars, fraudsters, and con artists. I run a small business and Globalux Ltd was recommended to me by UKFAST Hosting Ltd in 2016, a well-respected company in the UK.
In February 2017, I signed a contractual agreement with Globalux Ltd and these two directors promised me Heaven on Earth. The contract was to develop a new app and to add the features to my existing website. The agreed project delivery date was scheduled for July 2017.

Soon after that they have received the 3rd payment for the project, they started coming up with numerous stupid excuses. Their ability to shift blame to other people with a well scripted BLAMING GAME that is worthy of OSCAR award nomination, is second to none.
These excuses range from existing website did not have a good coding structure, a member of their staff is ill, a member of their staff was rude, and they had to let him go, the full and final invoice needed to be paid before they can commence work on the project etc.
These fraudsters received 99% of the agreed project fund, a substantial amount and failed to deliver absolutely a big FAT zero. They have stolen my savings. I am disgusted.

I discovered during my investigation that they have no staff and no offices contrary to their claim.

At the time of writing this post, the project is 7 months late and there is no delivery date insight.

I also signed up to their social media marketing tools named "Globalux Genesis" which was charging almost £500 a month, which is supposed to help build social media audience for my business. I found out that the twitter followers are bots and the majority of the followers do not exist.

The two directors treated me with disdain and they are arrogant beyond belief. They are inept and incompetent. All they are interested in is money and their customer service are an absolute shamble.


PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF GLOBALUX LTD, THEIR AFFILIATES AND DIRECTORS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
