I met Miss Joy Domingo on line, after some time she suggested we meet for a vacation, she then got me intouch with Mr Yu who presented himself as manager director of Wei Dragon International Travel Services, after sending him $1468.00 for ticket, visa, and his services, he sent me a mail stating that he needs $4800.00 to open a bank account in miss Domingo's name so as to satisfy one of the requirements of getting her visa granted, which will be returned to me in the form of travelers checks. the morning of her supposedly fMiss Domingo was held at the airport in China for transporting diamond, and to get her out would require $18000.00, i checked with the airlines and found out there was never any ticket issued to a Joy Domingo
